Tennis Professional & Tennis Professional/Site Director

The City of Loveland, Colorado tennis programs and Coast to Coast tennis need tennis pros for the 2020 summer and fall tennis programs. Mostly group lessons and team practices on Monday thru Saturday schedule. Private lessons are likely for the right candidate.

These are independent contractor positions and the pay range is $16 to $37 per hour and potentially more for site directors. We have 6 sites in Loveland for tennis programs. Junior Team Tennis and CARA Junior League programs and all levels of instruction from Tot programs through adult & senior. We also offer play-based programs, Live Ball and Drill/Play classes and Cardio Tennis.

Summer programs start June 1 thru August 14. Fall programs run from August 24 thru September 30.

Incentive based pay. The more students in class the higher the hourly rate. Wages are paid weekly. As required by City, pro’s must be net generation certified (includes background check) or willing to go through that process before hire. Must be eligible to work in the US. Internships are a possibility. Full time potential but not guaranteed. Part time positions may be available.

Training is provided and curriculum is specified. We are looking for coaches with fun personalities, warm and caring nature, energetic and enthusiastic. Long term potential and growth opportunity to become a regional director. Coast to Coast Tennis is expanding and has programs in WA State and in Colorado. Career assistance is available.

  • Tennis teaching experience – Will train the right person
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Must be super reliable- need to work the entire summer (limited exceptions would be considered)
  • Housing in not included, however we would make efforts for interns
  • 4.0 + USTA rating preferred. USPTA/PTR preferred
  • Quick study and ability to follow detailed curriculum
  • Teamwork is essential. Consideration for others is critical
  • Talent in growing programs/clientele would be huge plus

Physical Demands:

  • Frequently stands, walks, uses hands; talks and hears, reaches with hands and arms, climbs, balances; stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls. Occasionally sits. Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.

Work Conditions: Outdoors, working in hot/cold environment, inclement weather, variable schedule based on business demands.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.00 to $37.00 /hour

Broomfield Swim and Tennis in search of a Head Tennis Professional

This position reports to the Director of Tennis and is generally full time April through October, and weather dependent the rest of the year. Looking for someone with experience running both Junior and Adult programming. Certification and experience in 10 and Under tennis and Cardio tennis a plus.

BSTC is a members-only facility located in the heart of Broomfield, Colorado which offers a tennis community that is one of the most active in the Denver area. We offer a full summer schedule of tennis, lessons, clinics and activities. Facility highlights include 6 lighted outdoor tennis courts, four lane 27-meter swimming pool with diving area, children’s' wading pool, sand volleyball and basketball courts, snack shop, and large gazebo with picnic areas and grills.

Kent Denver searching for assistant high school coaches
Kent Denver is seeking qualified Assistant Varsity One and Varsity Two Coaches for seasonal position in the spring for Girls Tennis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience coaching tennis and a strong knowledge of the fundamentals of the game. 

  • Display excellent leadership & interpersonal communication skills
  • Assist in preparing for games
  • Supervising travel to and from practice/games/tournaments
  • Coaches must be CPR/AED/First Aid certified — If you are not, we can help facilitate these certifications before the season begins
  • Tennis Experience — prior experience coaching and/or playing the sport with a strong knowledge of the fundamentals of the game.


  • Season runs in the spring (beginning March to Mid May)
  • This position requires availability on weekdays roughly 3 to 5 days per week.
  • Roughly between the hours of 3:00pm-6:00pm.
  • Some weekend (Saturday) obligations. 
  • Coaches meet with the team after school and commute with them to nearby tennis courts to conduct practice.?
